Overall, a good experience. Had to reach out to find status a few times as it stretched to almost a week. I was prepared for that though and had found a time on my schedule when I could leave the truck for an extended period of time without impacting us. Also like that they use Uber to get you home.

Dealer provided a fair price on a certified 2023 Honda Civic Touring. I wanted to buy local and not have to drive to SD or Santa Monica since I’m in the OC. I get my other two Hondas serviced at this dealership. The car had been on the lot for a while since it was priced too high and lucky for me it was reduced by $800 on 1/4, the day I purchased the vehicle.
It's always easy to get an appointment at the time and date I need. The front desk people are friendly and explain everything you need to know about your service and what's urgent or can wait. The prices are always great and if there's a problem afterwards they will always correct it. If you need service go the Weir Canyon Honda.

Amazing experience. Mark at service desk helped me. He under promised but over delivered. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. He told me it would take 1-2 hours but it got done it 30 minutes.
