I purchased my vehicle from weir canyon honda. It is a pre certified vehicle in which I was to get two oil changes for free according to the sales department. I found out that I only get one oil change free bcause I had driven over 12000 miles which I was unaware of. Brought my Prius- supposed to take a delivery the same day night. However, the car couldn’t start at the time of delivery due to alarm system/battery — sales guy stated that they had to replaced a old battery with a new one… no battery had been replaced with a new one by the way. It was easy to book the appointment online. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the 2.5 hr plus wait time. However, the courtesy shuttle back home definitely helped. My only recommendation would be to mention the potential long wait time up front so we can make preparations.

I brought my car in twice to get the AC fixed, both times they said it was the condenser and it was under warranty, after it broke for the third time they said it was the evaporator, terrible service, terrible diagnosis, I will have to spend $3k to get it fixed.

We test drove the car that we were interested in and the dealership agreed to the online advertised price so we proceeded with the purchase. I was happy that there were no 'add-ons' and no need for negotiating. It was a cash deal and finalizing the paperwork went fairly quickly. They were very courteous and made everything go smoothly. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years now, and have received nothing but great service from this dealership up until today (3/28/25). The AC unit in my 2018 Civic has had ongoing issues due to faulty parts which have required extended warranties and replaced parts. Honda has accepted responsibility for those faulty parts, and has rightly not passed any of the cost on to me thus far.
